Standards and certifications
Transport YN.-Gonthier inc. strives to remain up to date on security-related regulations and procedures in order to deliver the best service possible to its clientele. As a participant in the "Programme en entretien préventif, PEP", the company's units are periodically inspected.
Holding federal and provincial government certification in Canada and US-government certification, we have IFTA registration and ICC licensing. In addition, our US drivers have their FAST card and the companie's bonded by the Canada Border Services Agency. At this time, in order to respond to client needs, we are taking steps to obtain CTPAT and ACE certification. Our carrier rating is "satisfactory" and we make sure that all of our drivers are familiar with the law 430.
Our company culture means providing our employees with training on topics such as: hazardous goods, fork-lift operation, driver's logbook and any other training pertinent to the smooth running of our company.
Service is the focus of our operation, being assured by our company's skilled professional team. In 1998, 1999 and 2003, we were awarded plaques underscoring the quality of our services as a carrier for Canada Post.
