This forward-looking transportation company's origins go back to 1981, when founded by Benoit Gonthier. At that time, one of his main objectives was to create employment for two of his sons. The company's infancy was marked by its successful bid on a long-term contract with Canada Post Corporation. To fulfill contract requirements, four panel trucks and four employees were assigned to it.

In July 1986, the family enterprise was purchased by Yvan Gonthier and Nancy Bolduc, becoming "Transport YN.-Gonthier", with "the Y standing for Yvan and the N for Nancy." This point signaled the beginning of another series of developments that were to characterize the company's development and expansion, particularly in 1995 and in 2001.

Located on the edge of the Saint-Romuald industrial park, Transport YN.-Gonthier has its own facilities. Its partners know they can count on a highly skilled team and quality services, backed by a fleet of 45 trucks and 85 trailers.

Our goal is to be the leader among transporters of dry box and to ensure complete customer satisfaction by constantly readjusting and adapting to their changing needs.
